As a CMFC athlete, you represent not only yourself, but your teammates, your coaches, and your club. We are proud to be a team that values respect, hard work, and passion for the sport. The following expectations help every athlete bring their best to the mountain—every day.

Bring a Positive Attitude

Show up ready to learn, listen, and give your best effort.

Respect Coaches and Teammates

Follow directions from coaches promptly and respectfully.

Treat teammates, competitors, and officials with courtesy—on and off the hill.

Communicate honestly and respectfully if you have questions or concerns.

Prioritize Safety

Always wear a helmet and follow all resort and club safety rules.

Stay aware of your surroundings and maintain control on every run.

Report injuries or unsafe conditions immediately to a coach.
Take Responsibility

Arrive on time, with all required gear in working order.

Keep track of your own equipment and belongings.

Represent the Club with Pride

Display good sportsmanship in competition and training.

Be courteous to resort staff, other guests, and competitors.
